Customer requirement:
Low temperatures are critical for the chemical industry in winter time. A well-known chemical company contacted us to present its problem of heating chemicals and raw materials that at low temperatures solidify or change their state to a viscosity that interrupts the production chain.
This inconvenience is presented by many companies when optimizing their production goals, therefore they need a system that heats these products in their containers of origin (without transferring them) in a continuous way.
The client requests a heating system designed to maintain raw materials (chemicals) at a temperature of approximately 80°C. The requirement must consider that these chemicals are in 1000 liter plastic containers (IBC) and in 200 liter metal tanks.
Main requirement: The system must be designed to be suitable for explosion-proof (ATEX) conditions.
Solution:
Our technical sales team designed an industrial electric oven with command and control panel with a physical capacity of 4 IBC containers (4 pallets), 2 loading levels and double front door.
Estimated Power: 42KW 380V
Load capacity: 4 tons.
Heating system: Radiant heating coils which, by means of a fan, drive the hot air through external ducts, achieving an optimal injection and extraction of hot air, which registers a homogeneous temperature inside the chamber.
