Tratamiento de Gases de Soldadura

This product developed by Comind Industries is based on the extraction of particulate pollutants from welding fumes which prevents the inhalation of this gas harmful to health.
The equipment works under the help of the extractor fan, which absorbs welding fume at the inlet through the multidirectional suction hood.
The larger particles first go down into the dust bag. Smaller particles are stopped on the surface of the core filter. The cleaning gas flows into the clean room after being purified by the core filter.

El uso de estos equipos se hace aún más necesario hoy debido a que las regulaciones medioambientales de muchos países limitan la exposición máxima a este tipo de material contaminante haciendo que esta solución se transforme en una opción altamente efectiva.

Linea AHB

Los extractores de humo móviles son dispositivos de depuración especialmente diseñados para el tratamiento de soldadura, corte y pulido, ya que estos producen una gran cantidad de partículas metálicas las cuales son dañinas para el cuerpo humano y se encuentran suspendidas en el aire. La linea AHB fue diseñada para estaciones simples y dobles. Tiene una alta eficiencia de extracción. Equipada con uno o dos brazos de succión que van entre 2-3 metros de largo.

Linea AHB Station

Como lo indica su nombre, esta línea de extractores se caracteriza por ser un punto de trabajo fijo donde requieran extracción constante de gases y humos contaminantes. Bajo la zona de trabajo dispone de un cajón donde se recoge el polvo capturado, el cual se vacía fácilmente desde la parte frontal de la mesa. Se recomienda implementar un equipo de filtración entre la mesa y el aspirador.
