Ceramic Fiber Blankets

Ceramic fiber blanket is a refractory ceramic fiber characterized by light weight, flexibility, excellent insulation and heat resistance. Needle punching is performed while the fibers are layered in the manufacturing process, and the fibers are intricately entangled and held in blanket form. Available in a variety of density and size combinations.

Description

They are light and flexible for handling and installation. With no organic binder, the blankets do not cause high temperature spalling or atmospheric pollution inside furnaces. Superior refractoriness and insulation efficiency, high peel strength and high tensile strength for lining the hot surface of industrial furnaces. Also good as a sealant, filter and gasket in high temperature applications. Special shapes, fabrication with other materials also available upon request.
