Sensor Tipo Cabezal

This type of sensor can be manufactured for different types of thermocouples. It is used to measure surface or remote temperatures.

Los sensores tipo cabezal están diseñados para medir temperaturas de ambiente en condiciones extremas (entre -200°C y 1800°C). Dependiendo del uso, pueden ser fabricadas con distintos materiales y recubrimientos como aluminio, baquelita y fierro fundido.

Selección de Vaina

Se denomina a la extensión donde va inserto el sensor de temperatura y que en definitiva es el que está en contacto con el lugar que se desea medir, para ello es indispensable elegir adecuadamente el material de la vaina, ya que no es lo mismo someter un determinado material a condiciones severas de corrosión o altísimas temperaturas. A continuación se exponen los materiales más usados

Acero inoxidable calidad SS321 para temperaturas hasta 800°C en diferentes procesos, suministrados en diámetros 1/4” - 5/16” - 3/8” - 7/16”.

Acero inoxidable calidad SS316 para aplicaciones en soluciones corrosivas, suministrados en diámetros 6,35 mm - 7mm - 8mm - 9,5 mm

Acero inoxidable calidad SS310 refractario para soportar temperaturas hasta 120°C, suministrados en diámetros 22,3 mm.

Acero inoxidable calidad SS310 refractario para soportar temperaturas hasta 120°C, suministrados en diámetros 22,3 mm.

Alúmina 610 degussa al 69% para soportar temperaturas hasta 1500°C, suministrados en diámetros 10, 15, 20 y 24 mm., en largos hasta 1000mm

Alúmina 710 degussa al 99% para soportar temperaturas hasta 1800°C., suministrados en diámetro 10, 15, 20 y 24 mm., en largos de hasta 1000 mm.

Tipos de Conectores

Cumplen la función de fijar la termocupla al proceso que se desea sensar. Las fijaciones van desde flanges hasta racores de diversas medidas y tamaños. Estas pueden ser suministradas, soldadas o sobrepuestas a la vaina.
