Home - Pass-through heaters
The COMIND® flow heaters consist of a carbon steel or stainless steel chamber, inside which is mounted a flange type resistance or thread, which allows to increase the temperature of a liquid or gas only for the time it takes to pass through the heater, with an inlet and outlet chamber that allows the flow of what you want to heat. It allows the thinning of high density oils to allow an easy flow through a pump, heating of oil (e.g. petroleum), temperature increase of different gases or air, heating of water to be stored in reserve tanks, thermal transfer, washing and rinsing associated with different detergents.

Industrial flow heaters are devices designed to heat water instantly and efficiently in industrial environments. These heaters, also known as tankless water heaters or demand water heaters, differ from traditional heaters in that they do not store hot water in a tank, but heat it directly when needed. Here are some key features and aspects of industrial flow heaters:
To quote your COMIND® space heater, you must provide your salesperson with the power and voltage of the heater, what it will be used for, how long you need to heat the solution, provide general measurements, and the dimensions of the inlets and outlets.

Manufacturing Processes: In various industrial processes, such as food production, chemicals, plastics, among others, where hot water is required as part of the process.
Industrial Cleaning Systems: To provide hot water in industrial cleaning systems, such as equipment washing, tank and pipe cleaning, waste removal and facility cleaning.
Drying Processes: In applications where it is necessary to dry products or materials, industrial flow heaters can supply hot water for steam drying systems.
Steam Generation: In industrial facilities that use steam for various purposes, such as sterilization, pass-through heaters can provide the hot water needed to generate steam.
Industrial Heating Systems: In environments where heating is needed to maintain certain temperatures in tanks, pipes or specific areas of an industrial facility.
Petrochemical industry: In petrochemical facilities, where hot water is required for specific processes or to maintain fluids at controlled temperatures.
Laboratories and Research: In industrial or research laboratory environments, where hot water is needed for experiments, chemical processes or equipment cleaning.
Paper and Pulp Industry: In paper and pulp industry processes, where hot water is used in various stages of production.
Wastewater Treatment: In wastewater treatment plants, where hot water may be required for certain treatment processes.
